So this is my baby, my support, my back brace. we have a love hate relationship.
Metro today, Dr. appointment. good news!
X-rays look good. L3 looking strong, fusing well. I can start "weening off the back brace", by the time i return to ONU in march i should be good to go without it. as for the titanium in my back, well... i've grown so attached we might leave it forever. who knows?
